Emmure brightened up a rainy day by bringing their fall tour with Stick To Your Guns, Wage War and Sanction to Clifton Park on October 27 2018.
I Prevail may have sparked their career with their cover of “Blank Space” by Taylor Swift, but they are in no way just a cover band.
Tonight Alive are set to release their third full length album, Limitless, on Fearless Records on March 4th. The group has been making quite a name for themselves on sizeable U.S. tours in the past year, including their run with All Time Low on the Future Hearts tour last spring and most recently on their Limitless tour across Australia and Europe. The album release is scheduled perfectly alongside Tonight Alive’s spring co-headliner, the Fight For Something Tour, with Set it Off and support from The Ready Set and SayWeCanFly. The album will, without a doubt, enable the Australian rockers to grow to new levels and reach new fans.
All Time Low’s Future Hearts Tour kicked off at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, MA on April 15 with support from Issues, Tonight Alive and State Champs. The crowd showed up early and packed into the venue quickly, excited for the night to start. With four outstanding bands the night was certainly set to be a night to remember.
The Zombie 5 tour hit The Palladium in Worcester, MA on April 10 with four great bands on what promised to be a night to remember for all in attendance. The Devil Wears Prada were supported by The Word Alive, Born of Osiris, and SECRETS. All four bands brought energy and enthusiasm to the stage!
The Glamour Kills Spring Break 2015 tour hit Game Changer World in Howell, NJ on April 3. Fans lined up outside waiting to see some great local bands and of course tour headliners Set it Off with support from Against the Current, As it Is, and Roam. The night was set to be a great night based off of the bill but the performances given by each band certainly exceeded expectations and gave fans a great show and a night they will not soon forget.
How does a tour hit the same areas twice with the same headliners within a few months and have success both times around? Tours with multiple legs have been particularly popular recently; take the Black Mass Tour and The World Tour for instance. Both tours kept their headliners but changed openers. The World Tour on the second go around featured Pierce the Veil and Sleeping with Sirens with support from PVRIS and Mallory Knox. The first leg of the tour was fantastic and the openers put on great sets and set the bar high for the support on leg two. The openers of leg two overall did an even better job. From the first song of each band the crowd seemed to all be familiar with all of the acts and was certainly ready to sing along.
Before the year ends there’s 15 songs you need to check out if you haven’t heard them before so you start off the new year with some great new music! Some songs are probably a bit more well known than others but give everything a chance, there’s something for everyone! Check it out below:
Any show at Starland Ballroom in Sayerville, NJ is always sure to be a good one, let alone a sold out show in the hometown of one of the bands. Mayday Parade brought the Honeymoon Tour to Starland Ballroom last Friday with support from Tonight Alive, Major League, and PVRIS. Nothing quiet tops a hometown show, especially for pop-punk bands like Major League with dedicated fans ready to welcome the band home. The energy of the crowd in Starland Ballroom is always above and beyond what would be expected and Friday was no different.
